L&B Motion is a movement theory that is based on the findings of L&B PAIN MANAGEMENT according to Liebscher & Bracht. It makes the body stronger, more flexible and fitter and can reduce or prevent movement pain.
Since most people today use only around 15 percent of their exercise potential on average, expanding the movement structure is the most important measure. L&B MOTION contains sophisticated training methods as components that are adapted to different requirements. The ideal of “100% movement” is sought.
Coordination, mobility, endurance and a body that not only looks fit but is also no longer afraid of pain syndromes — that is achievable!
The “control training” expands body movement awareness down to the skin. The connective tissue regenerates and the cardiovascular system is strengthened. Coordination, a sense of balance and physical regeneration are significantly improved. The result is a balance in the energy system, which promotes the ability to concentrate and vitality. The body can relax through targeted stretching exercises.
Our best possible state of health can only be achieved if the daily movement stimuli largely match the movement pattern to which humans are genetically adapted.
